following terms. Please read them carefully.
Using HotiLINK
You must be at least 13 years old to use HotiLINK. You're responsible for the content you publish
on your profile and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to use HotiLINK for
unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (profile photos, bios, links, and branding). By
publishing it, you grant HotiLINK a license to display it as part of your public profile page.
Acceptable Use
- No content that infringes on others' intellectual property or rights.
- No malware, phishing links, or deceptive redirects.
- No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
Content Standards
HotiLINK is meant to work as a bridge — a single, safe interconnect between creators and the many
different audiences and platforms they reach. To keep that bridge trustworthy for everyone, we ask
that what appears directly on HotiLINK stays tasteful and subtle, even when a profile links out to
content hosted elsewhere.
No Explicit Content
You may not upload sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult images, videos, or other
content directly to HotiLINK — on your profile, in your bio, or as link thumbnails or icons. This
applies to every profile, regardless of the audience it's built for. If your work is adult in
nature, your HotiLINK profile may link out to the platforms where that content actually lives, but
the explicit content itself may not be hosted or displayed on HotiLINK.
No Linking to Illegal Content
You may not use HotiLINK to link to external websites or content that may be deemed illegal,
including but not limited to content involving minors, non-consensual material, or anything else
prohibited by applicable law. Links found to violate this policy will be removed, and the
associated profile may be banned from HotiLINK.
Violations of this Content Policy may result in removal of the offending content or link, or
your profile being banned from HotiLINK, at HotiLINK's discretion.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any
time from your profile settings.
Disclaimer
HotiLINK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages
arising from your use of the service.
Affiliate Program
HotiLINK offers an optional Affiliate Program allowing eligible users to earn commissions by
referring new paying customers. Participation is subject to the terms below in addition to the
rest of this agreement.
Eligibility
You must be a registered HotiLINK user in good standing to participate. HotiLINK may decline or
revoke program access at its discretion.
Self-Referrals Prohibited
Referring yourself — including using your own referral link to create a second account, or
referring any account you own or control — is strictly prohibited. Self-referrals will have any
associated commissions voided, and repeated attempts may result in account termination.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a recurring percentage of each referred user's monthly subscription payment for
as long as that user remains a paying HotiLINK subscriber. Commission rates and tier thresholds
are set by HotiLINK and may be changed as described below.
Payment
Commissions are paid via PayPal on a monthly basis, once your cleared balance reaches the
program's minimum payout threshold. Newly earned commissions are subject to a hold period
(currently 30 days) before becoming eligible for payout, primarily to account for refunds.
Prohibited Promotion Methods
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Misleading or false claims about HotiLINK.
- Cookie stuffing or any technique that attributes a referral without a genuine, direct action by the referred user.
- Creating fake accounts to generate referrals or commissions.
Chargebacks and Refunds
If a referred user's payment is refunded or charged back, the associated commission will be
voided, whether or not it has already cleared or been paid.
Fraud
Any activity HotiLINK determines to be fraudulent — including but not limited to the prohibited
methods above — will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of all
pending and unpaid commissions.
Changes to the Program
HotiLINK may modify commission rates, tier thresholds, payout terms, or any other aspect of the
Affiliate Program, or suspend or terminate the program entirely, at any time and without prior
notice.
