Sub-profiles let an Agency account run multiple link-in-bio pages — one for each client, brand, or team member — from a single HotiLINK login. Each sub-profile is a fully independent public page with its own links, bio, theme, analytics, and settings.
Creating a sub-profile
- Go to Sub-Profiles in the sidebar.
- Click Add Sub-Profile and choose a username and display name for it.
- Choose whether its URL includes your main username (
hotilink.com/you/client) or stands alone (hotilink.com/client) — this can be changed later from the sub-profile's Settings, though changing it changes the live URL.
Agency accounts can create up to 5 sub-profiles.
What each sub-profile has of its own
- Links, including Contact Links
- Bio, avatar, background, banner, logo, favicon, theme, and accent color
- Analytics — visits, clicks, traffic sources, devices, and countries, tracked separately from your main profile
- Tracking Links and Short Links (if enabled)
- Blog (if you have blog access)
- Custom Domain, Popup, and SEO Settings (per-page titles/descriptions, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and llms.txt)
None of this is shared with your main profile or with your other sub-profiles — each one is set up independently, the same way your main profile is.
Managing a sub-profile
From Sub-Profiles, click into any sub-profile to reach its own Links, Analytics, Blog, and Settings pages — the buttons on each sub-profile's card take you straight to the relevant page. Deleting a sub-profile also deletes its links; this cannot be undone.
