The Affiliate Program: Enrolling, Tiers, and Payouts

The HotiLINK Affiliate Program lets you earn a recurring commission every month a referral stays subscribed to Pro or Agency. It is free to join and open to any registered HotiLINK user.

How to enroll

1. Log in to your account, then click Affiliate Sign-Up in your dashboard sidebar (it only shows this label before you have joined).
2. Read the Affiliate Program terms summary on that page and check the box confirming you agree to them.
3. Click Become an Affiliate. You are enrolled immediately and land on your new Affiliate Dashboard, which now shows Affiliate Program in the sidebar instead.

Your Affiliate Dashboard gives you a unique referral link to share. Anyone who clicks it is tracked for 90 days — if they create a HotiLINK account any time in that window, the referral is credited to you automatically.

Commission tiers

Your commission rate increases automatically as your number of active referrals (referrals on a paid plan) grows — there is nothing to request or apply for.

• Affiliate — 30%, the starting rate for every new affiliate.
• Affiliate Pro — 35%, unlocked at 10+ active referrals.
• ProPartner — 40%, unlocked at 25+ active referrals.

Your rate applies to every referral's subscription for as long as they remain a paying HotiLINK customer, not just at the moment they sign up.

How payouts work

• Commissions are paid via PayPal — add your PayPal email in your Affiliate Dashboard to get paid.
• Each commission has a 30-day hold period after it is earned (mainly to account for refunds) before it becomes part of your cleared balance.
• Once your cleared balance reaches the $20 minimum payout threshold, it is included in the next payout cycle.

You can track pending commissions, cleared balance, and payout history at any time from your Affiliate Dashboard.

Program rules

• You must be a registered HotiLINK user in good standing to participate.
• Self-referrals — using your own link to create a second account, or referring an account you already control — are prohibited and will void commissions.
• Spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, and fake accounts are prohibited and will void commissions.
• Commissions are voided if a referred user requests a refund.
• HotiLINK may modify rates, thresholds, or payout terms, or suspend or terminate the program, at any time.
