Creating and Sharing a Tracking Link

Setting up a tracking link takes less than a minute, and the value compounds every time someone clicks it.

How to create one

1. Go to Tracking Links in the sidebar.
2. Click Add Tracking Link and enter a label, such as "Instagram Bio" or "Email Signature".
3. HotiLINK generates a unique link in the format hotilink.com/yourname/go/slug. Copy it.
4. Use this link — instead of your plain profile URL — as your bio link on that specific platform.
5. In Analytics, the traffic sources section shows visits broken down by each tracking link, so you can compare them side by side.

Tip

Create one tracking link per platform — Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube bio, email signature — and you will know exactly which channel drives real traffic to your page, instead of guessing.
