New to HotiLINK? Work through this checklist and your page will be fully set up and ready to share within a few minutes.
- Customize your profile — add a profile photo, write a short bio, and pick an accent color in Settings.
- Add your links — go to My Links and add your social profiles, website, shop, or any URL you want visitors to find.
- Put your links in order — drag your most important link to the top of the list.
- Share your page — copy your profile URL (
hotilink.com/yourusername) into your social bios, or download your QR code from Settings for offline sharing. - Create a short link (optional) — if you need a clean link for a specific destination, like a product page or event, create one in Short Links.
- Set up a tracking link (optional) — if you post the same profile link on multiple platforms, create a separate Tracking Link for each one so you know which platform is actually sending traffic.
- Check your analytics — after your first visits come in, open Analytics to see profile views, link clicks, and where your audience is coming from.
That's it — your HotiLINK page is live and trackable. As your audience grows, come back to this Help Center for guidance on importing existing links, connecting AI reporting, or starting a blog.
The onboarding pop-up
New accounts also see a pop-up walkthrough covering the same first few steps (profile, links, and an optional tracking link). Click Remind me later to snooze it for a day, or I'm good, don't show this again to dismiss it for good — either one (or dismissing the "import your links" banner on your Analytics page) is what stops the reminder emails described below. The pop-up also stops appearing on its own once your profile is 100% complete, or automatically after 30 days.
About the reminder emails
- If your profile still has no links a few days after you verify your account, we send a handful of reminder emails over the following weeks. Dismissing the pop-up (or the banner mentioned above) stops these.
- Separately, during your first 90 days we also send an occasional email highlighting one feature you haven't tried yet — like Tracking Links, AI Reports, or Two-Factor Authentication. These are a one-time introduction to what's available and aren't tied to the checklist above.
