There are two different reasons you might not be able to add a short link or tracking link: the feature isn't turned on yet, or you've reached your plan's limit.
Not seeing the option at all?
Short Links and Tracking Links are Advanced Features, off by default on new accounts. If you don't see them in your sidebar, go to Settings → Advanced and turn them on — see Understanding Advanced Features.
Seeing a limit message instead?
Each HotiLINK plan has a maximum number of links, short links, and tracking links you can have at once. If you try to add one more and it is blocked, you have reached your plan's limit.
Your options
- Remove something you no longer need — delete an old link, short link, or tracking link to free up room for a new one.
- Upgrade your plan — Pro and Agency both offer substantially higher limits across links, short links, and tracking links. See Free vs. Pro vs. Agency: What's Included for the exact numbers.
Disabling a link does not free up space against your limit — only deleting it does, since a disabled link is hidden from visitors but still counted as part of your account.
